Study this small story, Hope that makes a BIG change in YOU
Professor began his class by holding up a glass with some water in it.
He held it up for all to see & asked the students
"How much do you think this glass weighs?"
'50gms!' ..... '100gms!' .....'125gms' ...the students answered.
"I really don't know unless I weigh it," said the professor, "but, my
question is:
What would happen if I held it up like this for a few minutes?"
'Nothing' …..the students said.
'Ok what would happen if I held it up like this for an hour?' the
professor asked.
'Your arm would begin to ache' said one of the student
"You're right, now what would happen if I held it for a day?"
"Your arm could go numb, you might have severe muscle stress & paralysis
& have to go to hospital for sure!"
….. ventured another student & all the students laughed
"Very good.
But during all this, did the weight of the glass change?"
asked the professor.
'No'…. Was the answer.
"Then what caused the arm ache & the muscle stress?"
The students were puzzled.
"What should I do now to come out of pain?" asked professor again.
"Put the glass down!" said one of the students
"Exactly!" said the professor.
Life's problems are something like this.
Hold it for a few minutes in your head & they seem OK.
Think of them for a long time & they begin to ache.
Hold it even longer & they begin to paralyze you. You will not be able
to do anything.
It's important to think of the challenges or problems in your life,
But EVEN MORE IMPORTANT is to 'PUT THEM DOWN' at the end of every day
before You go to sleep..
That way, you are not stressed, you wake up every day fresh &strong &
can handle any issue,
any challenges that comes your way.
So, when you leave office today,

USED vs LOVED
While a man was polishing his new car,his 4 years old son picked up a stoneand scratched lines on the side of thecar. In anger, the man took the child's hand and hit it many times not realizinghe was using a wrench. At the hospital, the child lost all hisfingers due to multiple fractures. When the child saw his father.....with painful eyeshe asked, 'Dad when will my fingers growback?'The man was so hurt and speechless;he went back to his car and kicked it a lot of times. Devastated by his own actions......sitting in front of that car he looked at the scratches;the child had written 'LOVE YOU DAD'.
The next day that man.. committed suicide. . . Anger and Love have no limits;
choose the latter to have a beautiful, lovelylife & remember this:Things are to be used and people are to be loved. The problem in today's world is that people are used while things are loved.
Let's try always to keep this thought in mind:Things are to be used,People are to be loved.
Watch your thoughts; they become words.
Watch your words; they become actions.
Watch your actions; they become habits.
Watch your habits; they become character;
Watch your character; it becomes your destiny.

VERY SHORT, MOST EFFECTIVE AND HOW TRUE...
30 second Speech by Bryan Dyson (CEO of Coca Cola)
"Imagine life as a game in which you are juggling some five balls in the air. You name them - Work, Family, Health, Friends and Spirit and you're keeping all of these in the Air.
You will soon understand that work is a rubber ball. If you drop it, it will bounce back.
But the other four Balls - Family, Health, Friends and Spirit - are made of glass. If you drop one of these; they will be irrevocably scuffed, marked, nicked, damaged or even shattered. They will never be the same. You must understand that and strive for it."
WORK EFFICIENTLY DURING OFFICE HOURS AND LEAVE ON TIME. GIVE THE REQUIRED TIME TO YOUR FAMILY, FRIENDS & HAVE PROPER REST.
